Cutting with a water jet is a cold cutting process and enables a wide variety of materials to be separated without any thermal influence on the material.

The most common metals through to hard and soft plastics, but also stones and foams can be processed on our cutting system.

With the help of a special abrasive sand and a pressure of up to 3,500 bar, geometries of all kinds can be cut. There are virtually no limits to your ideas. Our cutting system enables a maximum cutting size of 2.5 x 2.0 metres.

Advantages of this cutting technology

One advantage of waterjet cutting over thermal cutting processes is that no heat is applied to the cutting zone during waterjet cutting.

This technology also enables precise cutting with very tight tolerances without affecting the material structure or causing edge zone hardening. Generally, no additional mechanical processing is required. Another advantage is the outstanding cleanliness of the cut surfaces, which are almost free of cutting burrs.
