With more than 100 strut profiles for all types of loading,
Bosch Rexroth AG offers the widest product range for
different requirements:- Square and rectangular profiles
- Light profiles with optimized cross-sections
- Round profiles and profiles with smooth lateral surfaces
Connectors with high load-bearing capacities combined with ultra robust slots and large central bores make profile connections possible which can handle high static and dynamic loads. In total, the Bosch Rexroth portfolio consists of 6 different profile ranges. All profiles within one profile range have the same slot dimensions and spacing to ensure perfect coordination
during construction.
Profiles with slotted 10 mm are characterized by very high stability and are therefore ideally suited for the construction of highly loaded tables or even machine frames.
Due to the different slot spacing of 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm or 60 mm, the variety of combination options and the flexibility in the design of special solutions is high.
Profiles with 8 mm and 6 mm slots are used, for example, for the construction of light equipment, partition walls, laboratory superstructures or shelving systems, as well as material trolleys.

Discover new dimensions with the tubular framing system from Bosch Rexroth. The modular system consists of 19 standard components and was designed according to the poka-yoke principle to guarantee fast and error-free assembly. Flexibility and expandability are the advantages of the tubular framing system and allow subsequent improvements and adjustments to the fixtures and assembly lines.
Numerous individual solutions can be planned and assembled quickly and cost-effectively. A few standard components are used to create specific racks, material carts, workstations or other racks tailored to your needs.

The special design profile for smart design ideas.
The function-integrated profiles (FIP) from Bosch Rexroth create more freedom in the design and implementation of construction ideas. At last, it is possible to route cables, data lines and hoses safely and in a space-saving manner in the completely internal cable routing. The new profile junction ensures trouble-free routing between the profiles. This also makes assembly and installation on site much easier.
